Two longtime friends, two big personalities, and a whole lot of country music!
Derek "Big D" Haskins grew up in Cookeville, Tennessee, and began his radio career at just 14 years old. Outside the studio, he's also an instrument-rated private pilot.
Sean "Bubba" Powell, originally from Houma, Louisiana, also got his start in radio at 14. Before finding his home in country radio, he worked in several formats. He's also a former firefighter and private pilot.
Big D and Bubba joined forces in Baton Rouge in December 1996. Their chemistry and humor helped take the show from local mornings to national syndication. Today, they continue entertaining country music fans across America.
